I don't think anyone questions the fact that Jesus existed, just whether he was the son of God or not. Most religions believe he is a prophet and not the Messiah.

Well, Christianity isn't a monotheistic religion. Judaism and Islam believe that Jesus was just a man. Deists could be monotheistic and many of them probably believe he was a man too.

Every monotheistic does not believe in Jesus. Muslims believe he is a prophet, Buddhist worship only Buddha (not all Buddhist worship him), Servitor in Vodou do not acknowledge Jesus only God. These are a couple examples of monotheistic religions that do not know believe in Jesus.

I think even an atheist believes of a man 2000 years ago that was acknowledge as Jesus. However, it is the story of the "miracles" that atheist have a problem with.

There is a BIG difference between a person existing and the divinity of the person. Sure we know that you exist and I exist--but if I claimed that I was a goddess, will you question that?

the deffrence about his person,,
in isalm, he's prophet from god, and not dead, and he will be back someday

in christianity , he's god himself

but i believe in islam's view :)
