Notice: ADAM NAMED HIS WIFE, not God like other people are saying.

Genesis 3:20 Adam named his wife Eve, because she would become the mother of all the living.

God made animal skins for them.
Genesis 3:21.The LORD God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them

I'm not sure what you're asking about the East end? The Garden was in the East, and the angel guarded the East side of the garden.

Genesis 2:8 Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed.

Genesis 3:24
After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

Adam called his wife Eve because she was the mother of all living. Genesis 3: 20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living. The garden was Eastward of Eden which was the name of that area. Genesis 2: 8 And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. When He drove Adam out of the garden it was at a place East of the garden, which was the only way out or in. He place a angel there so Adam could not get back into the garden to eat of the tree of life. Genesis 3: 24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

Eve is a given name for a female, and is the English version of the Latinized name Eva. The name is derived from the Hebrew name חַוָּה (Chavvah). This is derived from the words chavah, meaning "to breathe" and chayah, meaning "to live".

G-d made a garden for Adam and Eve to live in.

G-d placed Adam and Eve in the East end of the Garden of Eden.

Gen 3:21-24
21 The LORD God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife, and clothed them.

22 Then the LORD God said, "Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, he might stretch out his hand, and take also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever" --

23 therefore the LORD God sent him out from the garden of Eden, to cultivate the ground from which he was taken.

24 So He drove the man out; and at the east of the garden of Eden He stationed the cherubim and the flaming sword which turned every direction to guard the way to the tree of life.
NASU

According to God's Word, Adam named his wife Eve, because she was the mother of all the living. Quoting: "And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living." (Genesis 3:20)

The Hebrew word we translate as "Eve," is "Chavvah," which is derived from the Hebrew word for "life-giver."

He made garments of animal skins after they sinned, to cover their shame and nakedness.

He placed cherubim at the entrance to the garden, along with a flaming sword to keep them from coming back into the garden.

first of all....pay attention in church. secondly, Adam did not name Eve, God did. God made a paradise for Adam and Eve to live in for eternity as long as they did what he told them to do. You may want to read your Bible to get the answeres that you're looking for and go to church and actually listen. You may learn something.
