Look up "Russian Wives" on Google. But beware: some websites are just a scam. But some are true. Tip: don't send them any money! Hint: if their website shows photos of only beautiful women, it's probably just a scam. But if they show both beautiful and ugly women, chances are it's real. Tip: try to pick an agency based in the U.S. It's expensive, but it is real.
