I think one should start riding bikes from 18 years & above because at that age the person is quite matured & will act accordingly whereas school kids are not aware of the rules or regulations. So, I think it's due to improper knowledge........!

what kinda bikes? pedal bikes dont need licenses, im not sure about those motorized bikes but they should
