Most sites don't tell you how to write the program, they just let you download it. I can download the program onto my computer, but unfortunately I can't get that program into my calculator. My computer says it's missing the hardware needed to get it into my calculator. Does anyone know how or where I can get the hardware?

Yes. What you need is TI Connect. It's basically a transfer program that goes both ways between the computer and the calculator. If you don't have the installation CD that came with your calculator, go to the official TI EDUCATION download site at http://education.ti.com/educationportal/appsdelivery/download/download_interim.jsp?applicationId=183&contentPaneId=7 . Choose a language, download, then install.
