You could remove the spark plug, tilt and drain the cylinder...or, just wait a couple of hours, and it'll take care of itself.

Flooded Lawn Mower Engine

Is it the kind where you prime the engine by pushing a button? If it is and you've flooded it, wait a few minutes and try starting it without priming it. If it doesn't start then, the gas probably already dissipated, so you'll need to prime it again, just be careful not to overdo it.

Just let it sit for an hour and then try it again. The excess gas will evaporate and it should start right up.

Usually the sparkplug gets wet with gas... take the plug out and dry it off and reinstall.

Syphon the gas from the tank....give it a couple attempts a starting....then when you feel that you have gotten all the gas out of the system replace the gas in the tank.
