A retractible ball point pen with their name on it. It's 15 years later and I still have it, and it still writes . . . would you believe that?

Well, personally, the most I've taken was some office stuff, like perns and a 3-ring binder. But a friend of mine--she brags about this all the time--she worked at a jewelry store, and stole a $500 diamond engagement ring. I think she still has it, it's been a few years. She was so proud of herself!

I have too big of a conscience. I don't steal. Even when I accidentally walk out with a pen, I make a special note to be sure and return it the next day.

A horse rug (a bloody expensive one), but technically it wasnt stealing because the gittish yard manager pinched it from me first (this was at a previous job and funnily enough the beyatch was sacked for theft!)

I took some post-its from work that said " - Crime Prevention Unit" with the phone number on it.
But in my defence I used them for work I did at home.

A bong.
Seriously, I used to work in a law firm that represented the graffix company. They had a ton of bongs in storage that were all prototypes, and I snagged one.
...stealing a bong from a law firm - probably the stupidest idea ever.

I once stole 'Is that it?' by Bob Geldof. I didn't mean to steal it but forgot to take it back. A good read but very outdated now.
