Can anyone recomend any good free ones i can use to achieve this.
I already have picasa2 but it doesn't give me any options for this type of effect.

Gimp is exactly like photoshop except it's free. Photoshop also has that effect also. I use it sometimes.

hi there I have a kodak easyshare camera software,when editing it changes to drawing profile,comic imaging,so cool imaging and also colouring book stye,it's so easy....
the version is 3.1 for windows,try the net support for kodak
