Which of these two give better results in weight loss. I have a Weight Loss Pilates video but I have also seen Yoga Weight Loss videos. The Pilates I'll tell you is kind of hard, my abs have been sore for a week already. I want quicker results doing either one 5 times a week just can't decide.

In this case, pilates is better. However, doing more aerobic exercises, like jogging or swimming will give you faster results.

Oh, and the "burn" means its working.

Pilates, they give you a longer, leaner shape.
