The measure of the human weight is body mass index.
The formula for the body mass index (BMI) is equal: 703 multiplied by weight (in lbs) divided by (height in inches times heights in inches).
If your weight was 140 lbs then:
your BMI would be = 703*140/(73*73) =18.5
BMI for healthymale is between 18.5 to 25.0 so it seems that if you weighted 140 lbs u would be on light side.
Your weigh should be about 165 lbs to have average BMI of 21.75. Younger male tend to weight slightly less. This will put you in in 70% range of 15 year old boys. This weight would be considered very healthy.

144-182 is healthy,but it all depeneds on you're body because were all different. You can go to this site, plug in you're weight, height etc and it tells you where you stand

you're lucky .. im 15 too and im almost 5'5 (5'4 3/4) and been this way for 5 years going on 6.

My son is 15 and 6'1 and he weighs 155. He is very lean and muscular. Doctor says he's at a great weight

Probably during or just finished puberty,I would guess (no sugar)165lbs
170lbs would be a good weight. Depends on his diet really,Just as long
as he knows you love him...And hes healthy....His hormones are
playing with his adrenaline..Really depends on that persons mental and
