Excellent point. I've always wondered such, too.

Jesus is The unmistakable perfect man from God. There can be no other way. He tried with Adam and Adam failed, He tried with others and they all failed. Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice. Why would you not want a man who died for you? He saved you from death and destruction but if we can't accept that then I guess you can't accept it. My heart breaks for the many people who don't even give Him a real chance. There are so many christians that have given Jesus a bad rap. And that is just a very sad thing. I hope one day you meet the real Jesus and not some guy on the end of a stick who beats you to death. He loves you soo much. You have to believe by faith that He is real. I have felt his arms wrapped around me literally when I was going through hard times. So as for me I know He is real.

I imagine that if you had such a vision, you would be off to the hospital for a brain scan. God calls to you in a million ways that you dismiss every day.
I find it kind of humorous that you want to tell the God of the universe how He ought to go about His business, but He has already answered your question.
In Luke 16 Jesus tells the story of a man who dies and goes to hell. The man says to Abraham, "I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my father's house, for I have five brothers. Let him warm them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment."
Abraham replies that they already have Moses and the Prophets and can listen to their warnings.
The man continues his pleading, "No, father Abraham, but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent." What did Abraham reply to that? "If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead."
Jesus told this story knowing there were people who would keep demanding proof, knowing that even His own rising from the dead would be explained away and not bring these people to believe.
Jesus invited everyone to follow, but He spent His time and energy on those who were seeking after Him, not on those who kept asking for more proof. Perhaps that's why you don't feel like you get enough personal attention from Him now.

I think you are being a little sarcastic but I will answer anyway.
Many people believe in Darwinism which consist of false science.
Many people believe in professional wrestling which consist of showmen.
Many people believe in space aliens which consist of their imaginations.
Many people believe in themselves which consist of their mind, body and soul.
I believe in God which consist of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
All of Gods creation testifies to his existence, I can see God in the universe and also in the simplest cells in the body. The simplest cell in your body is more complex than the infrastructure of the entire city of New York.
If people would except that some dude just came down and said " hey I'm god , worship me" you would think wrestling was real and that hulk hogan was a hero. You would be stupid enough to put actors on a pedestal and trust politicians.
Faith in Science takes more trust than I can muster, Faith in God is easy for me. I know God, I fellowship with God and I know he loves me and cares for me.

God does offer. You need to ask him for the gift of faith so that you may be given the ability to see the proof that is always here but that you are unable to perceive.
As for what God "should" do.... Therein lies your problem, brother. You are placing demands on God and trying to dictate in what manner he "should" proceed. It is true that one cannot get near to God when one is living in pride. God is accessible through humility. And as long as you stand there and demand things of God, God will deny you.
"God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble" [James 4:6]. It is written thus for a reason. That reason being because it is true.
If you so ardently desire to know God, you will ask him for humility. And then he shall reveal himself to you.
If you prefer to sit around and think up all sorts of intellectual arguments against him, he will consistently elude your grasp.
God cannot fit into the palm of your hand.

Have you heard of free will? God truly loves us, but faith ois a grace. God loves us so much He will never force us into believing in Him. If you want to be saved, trust Him. Read the gospels and maybe you'll find an answer to your question. Besides, if you ask God for a sign He will answer you, but in His own way....

People are unable to accept the earth is spherical, shouldn't we suggest it's trapazoidal?
Faith in Christ as your Lord and Savior is simply a choice. Some will choose for and many will choose against. The disagreement does not imply that Jesus was wrong or nonexistent.

He's always giving us signs...we just don't take the time to recognize them. Have you ever read the poem, "Footprints in the Sand"? In case you haven't, you can do it now:
One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was
walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the
sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he
noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one
belonging to him, and the other to the Lord. When
the last scene of his life flashed before him, he
looked back at the footprints in the sand. He
noticed that many times along the path of his life
there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed
that it happened at the very lowest and saddest
times in his life. This really bothered him and he
questioned the Lord about it. "Lord, You said that
once I decided to follow you, You'd walk with me all
the way. But I have noticed that during the most
troublesome times in my life, there is only one set
of footprints. I don't understand why, when I needed
you most, you would leave me." The Lord replied,
"My son, My precious child, I love you and I would
never leave you. During your times of trial and
suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it
was then that I Carried You."
Thanks for asking your question. It caused me to remember to stop and thank God for being with me.

Don't worry bro, he will. Just read the book of Revelation. But in the meantime, it is your choice as to whether you are going to have faith in what signs he has already displayed.

i read or heard that he won't because the true believers believe... and that's how he separates non-believers from believers, but i think you know the truth on this one. i asked for a sign,a lousy bunny or robin once when i was like 12 and never got it.
