Order of how to place food on table at informal wedding reception buffett?

Menu consists of meat sandwich platters,fruit,other side dishes,punch and coffeee and tea

the bread for sandwiches, condiments for sandwiches (mayo, mustard, etc) sandwich meat platter, vegatables for sandwiches (if any), side dishes, drinks on a seperate table with desserts if have any (besides the wedding cake of course)
