It's a sweet name. We guys do that. I call this girl "roomie" because we were once roomates but that was years ago. She was the best roomate ever!
I would not make a big deal out of it

Be glad your not "Big Kathy". I know two women who were called "Big Sal" and "Little Sal" based on their weight!

That's how he see's you. You can change that.
When he says "Little Kathy", say "KATHY" to
him again. Then leave it at that.
