Avoid eating after 7pm.
Do your exercising in the mid-morning, because if you wait til later it will stimulate you rather than make you sleepy.
Avoid caffine.
Develop a sleeping habit of getting up and going to bed at the same time every day, and your body will adapt to it and it won't be so hard after a while.
When you get up in the morning, expose yourself to light as much as possible, take a cold shower or splash your face with cold water. You could also have a glass of ice water.
Move around to get your blood flowing.
Stretch and have a good breakfast to maintain energy throughout the day.
When going to sleep, make sure the room is very dark. Spraying lavender or other certain perfumes on your pillow can help.
Avoid sleeping pills, it's better to go to sleep naturally.
When your alarm goes off, get out of bed right away rather than getting up slowly. It's about disciplining your body.
Good luck!

1.Get at least 2 good alarm clocks placed far from your bed; set the alarm at the same time. The alarms will have the Double sound power to wake you up, plus you will be awake longer ... when you need walk to turn off the alarm clocks.
2. Get help from someone in the house, preferably who wakes up earlier or the same time as you...to wake you up.
3. Stay away from coffee or tea in the evening or any drinks that prevents you from sleeping early.
4. Sleep earlier than the usual. I would say you sleep at 10pm.

Try going to bed a half-hour earlier every night. Set your alarm clock for a half-hour earlier every morning, until you get to the time that you're going to need to wake up for school.

the best thing for you to have done was to try and go to sleep at least a few hours before you are used to sleeping so that you can get into the groove of the hours that you are going to be going by this Fall.
if you go to sleep early, you will be able to wake up earlier

Set your alarm an hour earlier every day. You will start getting sleepy earlier because you will have been up longer. And, don't hit the snooze button. Get up when the alarm goes off.

Some exercise before bedtime to tire you and help you get to sleep. 3 years in the US Army taught me to get up, but I think a good clock radio would be a much more pleasant alternative.

1-Relax yourself to get to sleep earlier.
2-Get an alarm clock.
3-Get at leat 8 hours of sleep to feel refreshed
I really hope this helps, i have the same problem :)
P.S-Do not turn off the alarm clock, that will make you sleep for at LEAST another 20 minutes.
