first off boys dont perfer or even love there toys more. Or at least most of the time they dont. The bf classification is just that. How long have you been bf gf? If it has been a long time then my explanation to you is this......
Boys do not love there toys more then there gf. Relationships sometimes get to a point where its same old same old stuff. Instead of doing the obvious wrong thing by seeking a different relationship this means they do love you. When boys get there toys involved such as; porno, watching football, different spicy car, or any toy in that fact its because there trying to keep themselves occupied because lets face it many relationships go south or bad when two people concentrate on eachother so much. Why do you think bf gf's dont like to work together? To go to work and then to come back home spending all there time with someone over and over can strain a relationship.
Here is my suggestion to you
Find some good friends when your bf is playing with his toys or out with friends and what not make time to see your friends or play with your toys. This streghthens a relationship. Why? Because to simply demand someones time all the time on a consistant basis is not only troubling but annoying.

Because the toys aren't needy, bitchy, moody, irratable, demanding, and controlling. They're there when he wants and can be forgotten when he has other things to do. What woman could do that?

Because toys are way better than girls: you don't have to spend money on them, you don't have to try to satisfy them, when you want to go somewhere they won't say anything, and unlike girls they are not annoying

uh huh...i think A guys' night out is fine like once a week, and i think you're overreacting. its not like he forgoes sex to play with gizmos. don't worry about it. that's normal.
