I can see how you can support the troops but not the president but the second quote is such a big lie. If he really did want to fight in that war he could have and to say what he did makes him as big an idiot as Bush.

On the first quote...its the truth. Tons of people hate for Bush but that shouldn't stop you from supporting the troops are anyone that defends this country.

And the second quote. It sounds like it was taken out of context by the liberal reporter and then you saying that was his reasoning for not serving in Vietnam was completely off.
