NOPE, your BMI is 19.8. The average BMI is 24. So you're way below. Believe me, I work in a hospital where we see female patients that are 5'2" 225 lbs. So you're not fat at all.

You're fine. You're 5'8 130 and a size for for god's sake! If even the doctor says your fine (and they always want to find something wrong with you so they can make more money) believe it. Those are your insecurities telling you that you are not fine. Tell them to go screw because you are too smart to fall for that crap.

The fact that you are asking that question means you are not fat. Only skinny girls ask that cause a fat girl already knows she fat. I am 5 foot 2 and 170 lbs. size 13 pants and i dont consider myself fat. cause of the body style that the boys in my town want is a little thicker than paris hilton. boys in my town like beyonce and trina. they aint fat but i know they weigh a few pounds more than me (muscle outweighs fat) it doesnt matter how much you weigh it matters whether or not you have muscle and how skinny you appear to be.

No you are not fat, your BMI says you are fine, your clothes size says you are thin and I'm sure all your friends and family tell you look fantastic. Why are you worrying, when you are clearly not fat. You are fine : )

Off hand, I'd say you are not fat. However, you may have portions of your body that contain disproportionately high amounts of fat.
I'd check with a bariatric physician to make sure that you are within healthy norms. Check with your physician for a referral.
If you obsess about this, you need to see a psychologist who specializes in weight related issues.

No. You sound just right to me. Don't fall for that anorexic look that today's society is trying to pressure women into. Look at Marilyn Monroe, she was gorgeous and perfectly proportioned, but by today's standards she would be considered fat.

You sound fine to me. Actually, our perception of being fat sometimes depends on who we are referring to. There are measurement standards, but it doesn't necessarily mean that we're perfect if we satisfy the numbers. It has to be the proportion.
