Agrophobics, how do they earn a living?

How do people who suffer from agrophobia (fear of leaving the house) earn a living so can pay their bills, rent etc.?

Agorophobics could earn a living on the computer. With internet access it's not necessary to physically travel to an "office" in order to work.

Mental health could be a disability. If they already had a job, then developed agoraphobia they could go on disability and get paid. Not sure it's as easy as it sounds to fake though.
