You're buying over-packaged items. Try to avoid that. Also, be sure to recycle metal, glass, paper and plastic and break down boxes.

Lol this is the eternal mystery of housewives world over am sure. But so true. Probably they dump the packaging materials too in the garbage bin thus increasing the volume. But next time try if you have at least one bin full of garbage even when you have not bought any provision:p

Usually you use the items you have bought with other things on your shelves, hence using those boxes or bags up also

its to help lessen polution... we dont have a limit but thats a good idea.
