If you're not already in a relationship, and you don't think he is either, sure, you should call. At least you could get together and catch up.
But be careful if you're already with someone. A lot of people use sites like classmates.com to find and rekindle old flames (even if they think they're being completely innocent and just contacting old friends) when they're in a lull in their marriage or relationship, and that's not a good idea. In the space of six months, I had three men I knew in high school contact me from classmates.com, and I knew it was because they were in the doldrums in their marriages and I politely told them I didn't think it was a good idea to email or call.
So as long as you're single and not looking for a way to distract yourself from a current relationship problem, go ahead and call!

I have done this 14 years of thinking of him then deciding to call and you know what he thought of me in the same was (all the time) I say go for it.... it would do you good. If not to have a relationship , just find out for your own good where you as a person stand on those grounds.

hmmmm not sure he might think you are stalking him...just kidding call him ....was just thinking of that last post of the person worried about the long lost bf that was drive past the house anyways worst thing he can do is tell you not to call again...
