Im thinking of getting two 12'' kicker cvx's 2ohm version and I know one of them handles 750watts max. I was wondering should i go with there zx750.1 mono channel amp to power both subs. That amp says it can do 750watts by 1 at 2ohms any suggestions?

The Kicker 12" CVX can handle up to 750watts Rms in the right enclosure. That would be a 1.00cubic foot sealed enclosure. If you put the sub in a larger sealed box or a ported box it will effect the power handling of the sub. So going with the idea its going to be in a 1.00cubic foot sealed enclosure the best choice of Kicker amp is the ZX1500.1 That amp will produce 1500watts Rms with a 2 Ohm load, all of Kicker's amp are under rated so this amp will produce more power than its rated. (Be careful setting your gain's and the bass boost!!). Also something to consider is how much space do you have and how much money. a ported enclosures will take up more space but can play louder thus needing less amplification meaning you can buy a smaller amp and save money. Below I have posted Kickers website to help you make the right decision.

Didnt anyone tell u that kicker amps SUCK bigtime? U want a good amp? get a Memphis car audio amp PR series or the JL Audio A series amps are awesome. If your low on cash, u cant go wrong with a Performance Teknique amp. Kicker amps, specially the bigger ones, dont last for shi#.
