I was 13 and dated a 16 year old! Test the waters see if she wants to date you! She might want to but then you might realize she might not be able to because of parents or she might think you are to old for her!
Take a chance and aske her out and see what happens!

Probably not a good idea. At that age, there's a lot of difference in maturity levels when you're just 2 years apart.

You are both too young.
At fifteen I allowed my son (and will allow his younger brother) to do group activities. At 17 he is free to date, but then in limited quantities.
It may sound VERY parental, but you should enjoy just having fun and being a kid. Believe me there is PLENTY of time for dating and relationships later on.
best,
cez

Yes, because even though she thinks she's as mature as you and you think so too, she isn't. And when you're 16 and she's 13 going on 14 you could get in a lot of trouble.....

In my opinion it depends on what your intentions are. You seem like a stand up guy for even asking the question. If you are gonna be a gentlemen ok, but anything more forget it.

Yes, you really don't need to be dating at age 15 at all anyway.

hehe
I was 12 when I first dated. I didn't took it too seriously though.
Ans my parents wouldn't let me stay out late. So don't keep your hopes up...
Anyway it's always nice being asked on a date :D
