I run a home daycare and my rates are 3.00 an hour for children under 2. Even though they do sleep alot when they are awake they are alot of work especially with other children around. But since you only have her watching the one I don't see why she should get any more than 20.00

I get paid $5 an hour and that is a very fair price. So overall pay the babysitter $25. But if your child is a baby or a trouble maker pay the babysitter a little more like $30.

depends on what she has to do you want to be fair, not to cheap and not too generous because it is at home . if she has to change pampers and bath and you have a spoiled mischevious little one I say 7.25and hr. if the child is well behaved and doesnt require tooo much but some food and supervision then I say 5.25 reason being you dont want them to do a crampy job it is ur child , and you dont want to make them feel like ur slaving them . Iowa is pretty boring so I doubt they have anything that much better to do than make extra cash also if its less days give them 1 dollar extra an hour . Im sure she can use your phone and watch ur tv even eat your food and study alittle herself.

It depends on how much they want per hour. Some charge from 5 to 10 dollars and hour. Pay depends on their experience. I usually pay by how much experience they have.

Depends on what you're able to afford I guess. Minimum wage is $5.15 and if you feel comfortable, you could give her about $25 at the end of the night.

i pay $30 a night for my three kids, but i put my baby to sleep before and my other too i lay them down with cartoons on or rent them movies. So pretty easy job for her.

i give my 19 year old babysitter 20-30 bucks depending on how long she will be watching my daughter. i would say that is plenty. she always watches my daughter when i call her so i'm guessing she's happy with that.

Whatever you feel is appropriate. I bet you could even get them to clean up the kitchen for a few extra bucks. They are just happy you chose them!
