Refurbished home grade units are always tough to recommend because they really aren't built to be remanufactured. The quality of parts doesn't tend to stand up. I would say it's a decent deal only if it is being refurbished by Horizon (the manufacturer) itself. If it's by a third party remanufacturing company then I would be wary. Going through Horizon you'll get a decent warranty on a reman unit.

Remanufacturing works best on commercial equipment.
