That is a GOOD Question! It's also called an Oxymoron. The world is full of these questions that tell people to do something/yet at the same time, tell them not to! We do live in a crazy world huh.

Because on Halloween they're supposedly going from door to door in their own neighborhood where you hopefully know most of the neighbors. Not to mention there should be a parent or older sibling following them along. That's a lot different than some stranger coming up to your kid saying "If you come here, I'll give you a piece of candy..."

Parents should ALWAYS be with the kids when they trick or treat. Only take candy from the people you know and trust. Some other nuts have been putting razors and other hazardous things in the candy. I don't know their benefits from doing that, but there are way too many nutshells out there. They hurt because they can.

on halloween its supervised by the parents because they go with the kids to all the houses and watch them. Parents tell them not to take candy from strangers because someone might try to kidnap them by saying i have candy and the parents might not be around to protect them.

Lol, I guess its like just because a parent is there that makes the candy automatically safe!! And candy lures kids in, but with your protection the kid won't stray! Thats the best I can come up with!

Lies are the beef and potatoes of both those religions. the biggest sin in both one in each of those identity non-conception. They misinform childrens deliberately, because adults understand they're mendacity. Indoctrinate childrens to that, and convey an excellent crop of idiots, like we frequently see precise the following. Blinded through their "gentle".
