'She who must be obeyed' insisting on listing out all the jobs she thinks I've got to get done, when she knows full well that I won't have time to do one tenth of what she desires.

I agree with Giggly Giraffe; I hate morning breath. I also hate it when someone's mowing their lawn or having loud yardwork done while I'm trying to sleep in. There were people cutting brush with chainsaws in my neighbor's yard this morning, and it drove me up the wall. I was THIS close to opening my window and yelling "IT'S SEVEN IN THE F***ING MORNING, SHUT UP!!"

Also, I hate it when my cat sits at my door and yowls because he wants to be let in. He won't stop until I let him in, then he'll get up on my bed, walk around for awhile, then lie down in a completely inconvenient place. Then about half an hour later he'll get back up, jump off my bed, and yowl to be let out of the room again. ARGH.

Sorry for the rant, but I hate mornings.

Poor you... I love being alive, seeing the sun, seeing life, sharing life... and lighting up a ciggy with my first cuppa;-)

But then I've had a long and VERY experienced life, and learned to give and take, to appreciate every day I live, having been close to death far too many times through accidents, injuries, illnesses and complicated childbirths... and through violence at the hands of others, who themselves, like you, are prejudiced and brainwashed, by so called intelligent kids, who make the petty rules we have to live by!

they do this whilst living lives with double standards... like sex scandals... and banning a quiet ciggie for us, while getting drunk and acting like complete idiots, then throwing up their booze and spitting in our streets... driving erratically in and out of other cars... causing the fear of God to envelop long time decent drivers... and having punch ups... that create mayhem in our cities!

Society has few decent values now, and you moan about a bit of smoke!

Grow up please... stop being so petty minded, because you haven't met a real crisis yet... but sure as heck, you will one day and then, you'll know how petty is this 'hate' of something so irrelevant!

I've earned the right and time, to have a moan... since I'm retired after an hard life... yet I am merely glad to be alive and love everyone... and I still believe in 'live and let live'... and so should you!

I hate it when I get up and my husband immediately tries to start talking to me. Chances are, the first few things he says, I have to constantly ask him to repeat himself. I need a few minutes (and about 1/2 cup of coffee!) to start thinking clearly.

well im pretty happy in the morning but i totally hear you on the cigarettes smell, could just puke and i hate peepz with coffee breath breathing on me. Other wise i like mornings.
