well the prefix "re" implies again. And you can't do something "again" in the past. That's something that already happened. (assuming you believe in a linear timeline)

Reincarnation does not exist, although it's a cool idea. "Back in time" doesn't exist either, but that's a cool idea, too.
New people are made by reproduction, and at no point is an old soul added to the mixture of semen, egg, and gestation. And although the past has existed, it doesn't exist anymore, and it won't exist again. The future hasn't existed yet, but it will; only once, however.

No, once you live a lifetime, it is over...you go Home, check out how your original plan for the trip was fulfilled, or not...enjoy some peace time with friends & loved ones, go about your life there (oh, yes, you have a life...places to go, things to do, others to socialize with), and maybe you will choose to come again & accomplish another charting for yourself.
You see, living a life here on Earth, is a tool...a playground of sorts...for use in spirit growth only...and past is just that...past...it becomes another tool--one of knowledge & experience that you may use to move on from. To change a past life experience, which may have served great purposes in other's growing would upet that scheme of things, ergo, not a reasonable or logical option by either human or spirit perspective. See???

Your question is vogue and irrelevant. Reincarnation is not related to reversal action but to the repeating action. Time can not fly back it is the principle of the Nature!

In some beleif systems it is beleived that the soul does not travel on a linear time frame, so that one can be reincarnated as a 17th century peasant, or a 25th century Thetan....

we are imprisoned within our faculties of our senses....even with our senses we can understand the fact that there is no time...so how to understand the beyond?...attempting to answer your question is simply choosing a "belief" and nothing more....you find out...that would be the best work one can have....
