If he thinks you're hot, I don't think he's looking for anything serious. To me, when a guy says you're hot, fine, or whatever, it's like.. "Yeah, I'd like to hook up with her!" But when a guy calls you beautiful, pretty, and etc. he's looking for a relationship.
Think twice before you start flying the word 'crush' around. IF you relaly like him, get to know him better. Find some common ground, get comfortable around him. he might feel the same way about you. good luck!

Well, if he thinks you are hot, then sounds to me like you won't have to do anything! He will be calling. If he is married, forget it! He is a player, and should have kept his HOT comment for his wife. If he is single, then he should call soon. If he doesn't call you, then you call him.

Be the you he likes! Just act yourslef and things will be fine. Flirt like crazy or just tell him you really like him. Try your hardest to get his attention and maybe ask if he wants to go out sometime.
