I think most people like dumplings. Every culture has their version of the dumpling. From ravioli to piroshki and apple dumplings to potstickers, grandmothers everywhere have been making them to bring us comfort and joy for centuries. Now what's better than that?

Chinese steamed dumplings are delicious. I'm talking about the ones made in China. Dough shaped like large hershey kisses filled with a meat or seafood then steamed in a bamboo container. Good stuff!

i dunno i made chicken and dumplings and the soup was good but the dumplings were like too doughy i will have to make some more!!
