Are there any attractive people in your neighborhood, and how would you meet them?

In my neighborhood, i almost never see any. however some sexy girls pass by my house wich means they are probably from around.
anyways my point is, we are called neighbors, but what i see is that neighbors don't really communicate or have any contact with eachother. sometimes like if you're from the same race or culture, you do but many times nobody talks to nobody. so is dating within your neighborhood, impossible? i'm not saying i would try it, cause i'm a quiet person, but do people actually do it?

I'm not sure every one in my neighborhood is married but i did see a very hot black guy a few houses down from me wearing jus his b ball shorts and had a nice body.
