It isn't mostly at men their frustrations go out to, it's sometimes anyone who is around. Most women don't mean to, but there are times when someone says something stupid and that right there will set them off. If only a man could go through what a woman goes through then men would understand us better. Men don't have their bodies expanding due to pregnancy, men don't have the periods like a woman does. You men got off easy that is for sure. I believe men go through pms too but not the same way a woman does. I have seen my man just totally act like he is pms-ing at times.

Well, you poor thing! We women can only wish this part of our lives on you. If you only get b!tched at during her cycle, learn to live with it or go live in the mountains, by yourself. It is a fact of life with women and we have to endure years of this whether we like it or not.
For your information:
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is the term for the physical and emotional symptoms that many girls and women get right before their periods begin each month. If you have PMS, you might experience:

acne
bloating
fatigue
backaches
sore breasts
headaches
constipation
diarrhea
food cravings
depression or feeling blue
irritability
difficulty concentrating
difficulty handling stress
PMS is usually at its worst during the 1 to 2 weeks before a girl's period starts, and it usually disappears when her period begins(actual bleeding).

Doctors have not pinpointed the exact cause of PMS, but it seems to be linked to changing hormone levels. During the second half of the menstrual cycle, the amount of progesterone (a female hormone) in a girl's body increases. Then about 1 week before her period starts, levels of both progesterone and estrogen (another hormone) drop dramatically. The thinking is that these different hormone levels can lead to PMS symptoms. There are also theories that what you eat can affect how you feel, especially during the couple of weeks before a girl gets her period.

So now that you have some facts, I think you need to be more understanding of what is going on with us and back off for the duration.

We get really irritable when we are on our periods, our patience is less due to hormones. Try to be more understanding during that time of the month because women can't help it. Not that im saying they don't have nothing to be frustrated about, it may be well warranted each time but normally we are able to not let things get to us as much.

Maybe a woman should ask: "Why do men take out their frustrations on their gf EVERY DAY of the year"

I think, because women are such emotional creatures, most of them have a problem with understanding how to control emotion. It just kind of flows out of them. it is their way and I believe it is the way they are meant to be. Overall it is good, even if it does leave us men with our mouths agape, wondering what it is that we did now. They feel the same way about us. Don't take it personal, just love them.

Beacause men are so incredibly incensitive to the fact that we get them, how about you try having bad cramps once a month for a week at a time and haveing blood coming out between your legs, and then ask yourself if you wouldn't be crabby to the gender that doesn't get that.

Its irritating, isn't it? But we have to put up with it and realize it means nothing personal, it is something we as men will never experience and can't understand. We love our women and part of that love is cutting them plenty of slack to blow off whatever irritations and frustrations they have. Just be as nice as you can, none of it means a thing.
