That depends on weather you already know her or not. If you've just seen her for the first time then go over and ask for her name then get to know her a bit. When she says she has to go say something like "I'm going to need your number then" and see what happens. If you know her already then just tell her that you like her as a friend and what the chances of you being more than just friends are then hope for the best. Hope this helped you out.
