While I do not hold a professional degree in veterinary medicine, my overall understanding of mammalian biology leads me to believe that bleeding from the ears is not a normal, cute activity undertaken by little kittens.

Might I suggest you transport your animal to a licensed practitioner familiar with feline anatomy post-haste?

Its just an allergy, put olive oil on your cats ear.

I'd say if you can, take it to a vet, sounds like he may have pneumonia.
