The problem is I put my credit card information and it said Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: Credit card number have unknown type.

Tell the seller that you prefer another payment method. I've never heard of Kyozou Checkout, and would be sceptical about it being secure.

Have you look up Kyozou on the web? I did and they have a sight look below in my notes. I know that paying on e-bay sometimes takes you to other sights I have seen that before. If you are uncomfortable tell them you will send a money order.

tell them you'll send a money order don't pay with credit card they will then have all your information

Use a money order.
No way i would use anything else besides that or Paypal.
