What do i have to do tt make my breasts,not look fuller,but actually BE fuller?Using a pump is out,so is surgery.

There are creams that you can buy at CVS as well as going to your regular doctor and talking to him about getting a pill.
My ex boyfriends sister actually got a pill but the pill made her boobs grow too much and she ended up having to get a breast reduction.
Be careful what ever you do and make sure you look into it before you make a decision

You must be very young.
After a certain age, you will want them to be less "full" and more comfortable.
I am sure you look fine just the way you are.
