Why should they bother. The police here will not ask them for a licence as it may infringe their human rights, or worse still they would scream " RACIST " and the law would turn a blind eye and run a mile.

They can drive in this country for 12 months from date of entry into the UK, if they hold a licence from their home country.
They then have to apply for a provisional UK licence an pass their test within the 12 month period.
Of course many don't. But they still drive!!

No they do not, just the same as if you take your car on the ferry to another country you do not need to pass a different driving test.
Also you may want to know immigrants living here who bring their cars over with them do not even need road tax!

definite, I did bypass my driving force's try on my first attempt, fortunately. i'm a girl, and that i grew to become into 17 once I took my try, although you are able to legally acquire a driving force's license in Missouri at age sixteen. i'm at the instant age 21. i do no longer inevitably think of there grew to become right into a bias in the time of my try - inspite of the undeniable fact that it truly is been some years, so i do no longer remember the journey in super component. I regrettably had to take the driving force's try in downtown St. Joseph, MO. This meant that I have been given to tension approximately 30 feet, and then end at a stoplight - interior the downtown section, there are stoplights at each block, so it wasn't an exceptionally solid place to coach your utilising understanding, in case you question me. the guy who observed me on my try grew to become into additionally a girl, so in case you have been curious as to bias on the subject of sexual discrimination, i do no longer think that grew to become into in touch in any respect. As ordinary, each so often verbal replace might properly be a splash hazy between the driving force and the only comparing the driving force. Clearer verbal replace may well be ideal, yet each so often it truly is complicated to do, and the driving force is in all probability to be worried considering he/she is finding out to get a license to tension on his/her very own. case in point, while the female asked me to go out a motor vehicle park after parallel parking, she confirmed me the place she needed me to go out. I replied that i did no longer think of the place she grew to become into pointing grew to become into an go out, because of the fact it regarded to easily be a cut back, yet proceeded. She counted me off for utilising over a cut back, which i grew to become right into somewhat perplexed approximately, considering i grew to become into under the effect she'd steered me to realize this. The evaluators are not allowed to trick the drivers (in my state, a minimum of), so I chalked it as much as an errors in verbal replace. i'm hoping this helps you answer your questions.
