Why should they bother. The police here will not ask them for a licence as it may infringe their human rights, or worse still they would scream " RACIST " and the law would turn a blind eye and run a mile.

i have driven all over the world......and the places i would say yes you need to take the test..is anywhere outside the eec.if not a resident of the eec..and ninety days..i know some blokes who are still driving on the licences from the home country..3 or 4 years after they got here..
