If you believe that physical sickness is a manifestation of a spiritual problem, then you should pray to God and ask for salvation.

After Jesus healed people--and he healed many--he said to them, "Go, and sin no more," indicating (not proving, but perhaps indicating) that physical sickness was indeed a manifestation of a spiritual problem. I mean, doctors don't tell you "Go, and sin no more" after they set your broken leg. No, they say, "Don't jump off of buildings anymore."

Perhaps your headache is a sign that you are using your intellect only to try to find God. If you open your heart, then your headache very well may go away.

If not, ibuprofen is better than Advil.

My family suffers cluster headaches. It is like a migraine the size of a golf ball. It is not pleasant at all. To remove any headache simply put a cold damp rag on the back of your neck. It has never failed at removing a headache. Good luck.

Hails to the simple ways,
Silence

I was told quite a while ago that the best remedy for a headache is masturbation. Maybe it draw the blood to a lower area.

Try Excedrin. It's the only one that works for me. But I do pray to God that He relieve your pain, in Jesus' name. I know how awful headaches can be. Hope you feel better soon.

It depends on how strong your faith in the Lord is. If your faith is strong and you truley believe that God can take that pain away then pray and it will go away. If not take an advil.

Rub the piece of skin between your thumb and index finger, massaging it for a bit. Helps with tension headaches. Hope you get rid of it!

My husband and his acid-tripping friend used to swear by a wire coat hanger on the head when they were 16. He still says it worked. Try it.
