I would think the number of Jewish enlisted men must be very low, what with Jews only being 6% of the US population, and most of them raised in families that highly value college educations.

http://www.gatago.com/humanities/music/composers/wagner/24167818.html states 0.3% of our armed forces are Jewish.

http://www.army.mil/references/FY04ArmyProfile.pdf#search=%22percentaGES%20in%20US%20army%20by%20race%22 states 12% are Hispanic, 15% Afro-American among active-duty Army personnel.

3.4 % are Asian, according to http://www.armyg1.army.mil/hr/demographics/AsiansThenNow83-03.ppt

Actually Jews are less than 2% of America's population. I think that Hispanics and African Americans make up a higher percent in the armed forces than they do in the general population.
