Ive been buying alot of Lean Cuisines and Healthy Choice frozen meals for lunch at work lately but I've heard that they won't help me lose weight because they contain too much salt. Is this true?

That's false. Weight loss is all about calories in and calories out. The weight you may gain from too much salt is all water-weight gain--and it will come off eventually. "Too much salt" has nothing to do with fat loss, so keep eating the frozen foods if they help you stick to your diet.

I think they would help you lose weight to some degree. I;ve heard that people should avoid frozen meals most of the time, because they arem't fresh. They can contain weird stuff in them. I guess if you don't eat too many, they'll be alright for our help. Maybe you could just stick it to exercising & fresh healthy foods. Check out your local farmer's market, if you have one.

They aren't terrible for you... but there is A LOT of salt... sodium won't keep you from losing weight but excess sodium can lead to increased risk of heart disease. I wouldn't eat more than 2 or three of those frozen lunches per week.

They contain lots of sodium and because of the freezing lots of the nutritios elements are destroyed. Nothing can help you loose weight as fresh organic food.

anything that is processed and full of preservatives is bad for you. it is just as easy to take a couple of hours in the evening or on a weekend to make large meals and freeze them into smaller portions.. if you want to take the time to be healthy.
