I have had 2 kids, my latest only 1 year ago. With my first it was fairly easy to loose the extra weight, but with the 2nd I can't seem to get those extra nasty pounds gone. I know I know "work out" considering I am a stay at home mom with 2 kids under 5 and a home to take care of, I go no stop I don't have time to actually work out, so I feel as though all the work I do in one day counts as a workout. But I would really like to know a diet that is easy to stick to and shows results, I am even open to any diet medicine as long as it is safe and works. Thanks.

The 3 day diet...it's on line. It's the one with hot dogs and tuna and such. It's not hard to find. I have lost 2 clothing sizes, and my mom has lost 3. It really works. You have to stick to it. If you want to lose more you can go on it for 5 days and have to weekends free.

The best way for permenant wieght loss is not to diet for a few months, but to make a life style change. Try to find low fat food that you like and start to remove the fattier meals from your diet for good. Find low fat snacks, so you dont feel bad about having a something to eat in between meals. One of the easiest things to do is to switch from soda and juice to water. Drinking only water cuts down on calories considerably and helps to speed up your metablism. Exercise is a must, so find something that interests you. And never skip a meal completely because that will only slow down your metablism. Using these principles, i lost 40 pounds in 7 months.

it isn't the eating of the grapefruit that facilitates you shed some pounds - somewhat the healthy (or easily no longer very healthy) eating plan that is going with it that sheds the pounds. in case you shut to starve your self for each week making use of any 'ask your self' nutrition using fact the gimmick you will lose some weight - yet somewhat basically eating 3 somewhat healthy & calorie controlled nutrition might have the comparable result and you may ward off the load interior the long-term. i've got even heard of the so stated as 'chocolate fanatics' nutrition plan (3 calorie controlled nutrition + chocolate) and the cookie nutrition plan (3 calorie controlled nutrition + biscuits) blah...blah..blah....! There are no rapid fixes - even starving your self is basically non everlasting, until you consume regularly back - then all of it piles back on... eating grapefruits will basically provide you a bitter finding face..... consume chocolate somewhat and be chuffed....!

There is no medicine that actually works. Nor do diets work. What works is consuming fewer calories than you burn. Simple as that----easy to say, really hard to do! I mean, we can dress it all up and call it whatever you want to,but the fact remains that we all consume far more in calories than we need to! Remember that muscle burns more calories than fat.

there really isn't any "magic" diet medicine. I've been on Weight Watchers, which I read year after year is the healthiest diet you can do. no pills with bad side effects, no crash diet. it's eating low fat and controlling your portions.
I have lost 70 lbs.
