My eye is twitching at the moment and I know it is down to high stress. It's a muscle spasm but I don't know why the eye in particular. I have had it in my thumb, arm and thigh before now but I am afraid that was just random muscle spasm and I have not idea why it happens. Perhaps it's similar to blinking.

I am not sure exactly why, but when I go into a stressful meeting at work or get into an argument with a loved one my eye twitches like crazy. I am assuming it is nerves. Relax :)
