The only interpretation I have of this is this is a man or a woman who has been verbally abused and brainwashed.

As a human being I should tell this person I love you and accept you for who you are, but part of me says this man is a psychotic anti-semite with darkness in his heart, worthy of being on a "watchlist".

What would the Flying Spaghetti Monster do about this?

In honour of the Flying Spaghetti Monster I do believe as a human being that I can find it in my heart to listen to this man's opinions. I feel love is a term used too loosely. Perhaps it is out of context ( as it is used in many cases especially when people are referring to their god). May we replace this term 'love' with the phrase 'acknowledge to this man's beliefs' ?

Let's not ricdule his thoughts by teasing him with the idea that he will burn in hell or be forgiven. Who are we to be condescending?

Don't throw the word love around. Tell him like it is, be firm. He only wants to be heard and all the feedback is his game.

The Flying Spaghetti Monster would bring enlightenment to this individual with a single touch of his glorious noodley appendage. Poof! Problem gone.

As for the rest of us who are neither divine nor covered with delicious parmesan, being wary of those who exhibit symptoms of psychosis and willful ignorance is not irrational.

IMHO, accepting people for who they are does not necessarily mean liking them or even loving them. I would like to believe that there's something good about everyone, some redeeming characteristic I could find if only I searched hard enough. However, that may simply not be the case - natural phenomena tend to follow a bell curve, so it stands to reason that there are people who are more rotten than they are good.

Sometimes the best I can do is to acknowledge a person's humanity and have compassion for whatever events caused him or her to be so horribly miswired. Imagining the person as the helpless baby he once was helps.

YMMV, of course.

I think the even the Eternally Loving Flying Spaghetti Monster (FSM) would smite this fool.

Some people are unworthy of the Noodley Appendage.

We should love everyone equally. That does not mean we have to speak with them or answer their questions. I believe the Flying Spaghetti Monster would coat this person with a loving blanket of parmesan.

This would be the hardest thing in the world to do. I would just do what you just said. Put him on a watch list and if he gets into trouble lock him under the jail. But don't kill him. Let him linger like the poor Jews did in his cell. And when he dies he will find out what hell really is.

What a jerk that guy is. He should go be butt-buddies with Mel Gibson. The FSM would warn him not to be so hateful, and if he didn't heed his warning he would be strangled with a noodley appendage, maybe.

I don't love him, and I don't feel bad about wishing harm on him either. The FSM would probably thwack the jerk with his noodly appendage.
