That is a number located outside the USA. Long distance charges will be involved if you call this number back. If you don't want to receive calls from unsolicited companies register your number on the do not call website. https://www.donotcall.gov
Only draw back to that is if you contact a company...it gives them the okay to contact you. Otherwise they can't call you.

I've heard about these scams that give you one-ringers on these sort of numbers, and when you try calling them back, you dont get through to anyone but there charging you loads of money.
Dont call it back whatever you do, if its someone important, they'll call back. x

probably a solicitor go to www.donotcall.gov and register all your phone numbers - give the link to your friends and families - check your mail , some credit card company probably has this number
