Tesco is always open 9-6 on a bank holiday, not sunday hours of 10-4. It's been that way for quite a few years now. It makes no difference if they are 24 hour stores or not. The only stores that have longer openning hours on a Bank Holiday are Express Stores.

I went to tesco today and I'm pretty sure it was closing at 5. It is a 24 hour one. My local Sainsburys is open until 7 however.
