I think Cholula is the best everyday hot sauce.
Tapatio is #2 for everyday.
For Chicken wings I use Louisiana Hot Sauce.

Anything made by Marie Sharps, I prefer the Habenero Peper Sauce - it's carrot based not vinegar or tomato.
