That's a big question, but the only way to find the right person is to try looking. You'll probably find a few wrong ones first, but that's life, and you'll learn from it. Almost no-one gets it right first time.
By the way, t'internet is not the place to meet that special person.

In other words, you have to know who you are first. It's hard to find the right person when you're unsure of who you are.

well what kind of Pearson are you looking for? what kind of things would this Pearson do? look in the places that a Pearson would do these things. for example do you want a good christian-look at church, do you want a smart Pearson look at the college, do you want a adventurous outdoors man look at the lakes beaches or in the woods, on the slopes that sort of thing.
