Absolutely not, I'm not a prude or old fashioned, but sleeping with someone is a really big deal, you should know about this person whom you are going to be incredibly intimate with, and one date will not give you any true bearing on what this person is really like. From listening to people who have slept with someone on an early date there is a lot of regret when things don't work out. Sex is a beautiful thing and is worth waiting for, I would have no respect for myself, or the other person.

Not after what happened the last time I did it. The guy turned out to be a total clinger, when I was just looking for a casual relationship. So no. I'd wait until I feel I know the person. Besides what if I like him and he is turned off by the fact that I slept with them on the first date.

No. Lets say if you wanted to have a relationship with that person it may not work out because the relationship would be based off of sex. Also it makes the guy think the girl is easy and the girl thinks the guy would just sleep with anyone.

If I felt like it and they were up for it, and we had condoms available, of course. Why should I care if society decides to put labels on me for it? The more we let popular opinion dictate what we do with our own personal lives, the longer that opinion will stay in place.
You should do what feels right for you, and not worry about what people will think of you because its none of their business. I tend to think if a guy is ridiculous enough to think less of me because I slept with him (didn't exactly hear him protesting at the time!) he's not someone I want to continue a relationship with anyway. If we keep bowing to those kinds of double standards then they'll always be there.

lol this is funny why do women answer no and the men say yes? I really dont see a difference in a 1st date or a 3rd date I say if the chemestry is there then go for it!

if you consider the fact that even though it was 'the first date' with these people yes. i knew the people that i slept with on the first date prior to dating them. a complete total stranger on a first date!? no way!

NO WAY.........if you do, then the guy will automatically think that you will sleep with any other guy on the first date. You must have respect for yourself before anyone else will respect you.
