Contact any of the African charities. But, most helpers prefer cash, as the money can be spent on clothes made by Kenyans, in Kenya. The shipping charges are also prohibitive for both you and the charities.

While yours is a wonderful idea, I think you'd do more to help the people by spending some time researching which already established charities can do the job more effectively than a small group of Americans.

Armed with that information, you will be in a better position to convince others to make a small donation (which you could collect and send) which can then provide both clothing and jobs for Kenyans in need.

there have to be warehouses that distribute returned, damaged adn overstock items to churches. Churches usually buy from there by pounds for cheap.
If you are in the USA you can inquire in some store where do they send such products to.
I know also that churches sell sometimes donated second hand clothes and shoes for very cheap.
