I work in a meat dept. and as long as the seal is intact, id say 90 days would be ok, if you breech it, put it in freezer bags, and seal it to reduce freezer burn, it just like any other meat

Yes, it may change in texture but it won't spoil. 3 to 6 months, after that you lose flavor, get freezer burn, possibly some spoilage.

yes, there is enough salt and preservatives that it will last 6 months in the freeze. This does not apply to the deli slices.

If the package is unopened it will keep indefinitely and still be as good as new when you thaw it out.
