I'm dating a younger guy (8 yrs younger) and I like him BUT he is not looking for anything serious and dates other girls. He does spend time with me and we talk a lot on the phone but I'm not sure how long things like this usually last. I don't want to get hurt but I do like him. Any advice on how to get out of something before you get hurt. It's been a few months already...

If he's around 20, he may need to have fun and you already want your relationship to become more mature. If you both love each other, age, damn it, is NOT important at all! The thing may be the difference of your nature, and that doesn't depent on the age. Good luck anyway.

I am dating a younger guy myself and although it takes a lot of getting used to, it does have its highs and lows, sort of like any other relationship that i have been into. But, this one is better, because i get a lot of pampering and most of the time we behave like a couple of teenagers which is what i could not get from oler men who were more interested in taking other "younger" lovers out. The key to any relationship is communication; so talk to him, tell him ur fears and tell him what it is that u would like to get out of ur relationship and most of all, have him tell u exatly what it is that he expects out of your relationship. If u two have the same thing in mind, enjoy it whilst it lasts, even a relationship with an older guy might end in a tiff.if it is not, Tell him in no uncertain terms to buzz off. U can make ur relationship last if u want to.

He is looking for a counsellor not a playmate and you are giving him too much attention and maybe affection. Get out of it quickly because this will stop you from looking around and finding that 'other' soulmate

You will get more hurt if you don't stop it right now. I don't know how old are you two but they say: sleep with kids and wake up wet.... or something like that.

Just tell him the way things are going is not working for you. If he cares he'll get it, if not move on. I doubt there are absolutely no other options for you.
